Chairman

One of the greatest coaches in the history of rugby league in New Zealand. Graham won Auckland’s Fox Memorial in his first year as a first grade coach with Otahuhu in 1977; he moved to Australia, winning a Brisbane title with Norths Devils in 1982 before becoming Kiwis coach in 1983. His spell in charge included a first win over Australia in 12 years in a test at Brisbane. In 1986, he began a hugely successful spell with English club Wigan, including their first British championship in 27 years, two Challenge Cup final wins and victory over Manly in the 1987 World Club Challenge. Lowe coached Manly from 1990-1992 (two finals series) and became the only non-Australian to coach State of Origin, leading Queensland in two series including winning the 1991 series. He coached Samoa at the 1995 World Cup and the North Queensland Cowboys in 1996. 

Off the field, his experience includes a spell as co-owner of the Warriors, chief executive of Manly, coaching director at the New Zealand Rugby League and co-owner of the Bradford Bulls.

Andrew Chalmers played his junior rugby league for Mt Albert in Auckland and played his senior football for the Wainuiomata club in Wellington, and then played reserve grade for the Balmain Tigers and Manly Sea Eagles clubs in Sydney in the Winfield Cup before injury ended his career. He holds a masters degree in finance and was an associate lecturer at the University of New South Wales. He has held executive roles in the travel, tourism, forestry and recruitment sectors. He was the former chairman of the New Zealand Rugby League, and a director of the the Rugby League International Federation and chairman and owner of the iconic British club the Bradford Bulls as well as investor and director of the Salford Red Devils in the UK Super League.
